Qarasu Group is one of the largest agricultural holdings in Kazakhstan. In the 2026 season, the company implemented EquipAgro as a unified digital system to manage 200,000 hectares of land and a fleet of 248 units of equipment.
01
Client context
- "Blind" operation: no objective data on the real load on equipment or the quality of field work
- Resource chaos: a high share of double-counted fuel and inflated treated-area figures
- Critical fleet condition: high equipment wear with no transparent history of repairs and costs
03
What was implemented
- EquipAgro (6 verticals): Fields, Warehouse, Grain Cleaning Facility, Elevator, Equipment, Employees
- Data automation: the system automatically recognizes 96% of field operations via GPS, eliminating manual entry
- Unified telematics: integration of fuel-level sensors and CLAAS factory telemetry
04
What became manageable
- Low KTG, KIP and KIV indicators were measured and identified for the first time — revealing systemic downtime and an inefficient service model
- A data-driven fleet-renewal methodology was proposed; cases of "repair for the sake of repair" were identified
- 375,000 liters of double-counted fuel eliminated
- Satellite audit revealed 2,495 ha of "phantom" unusable land
